ALTON, Va. (September 21, 2026) — Berg Racing completed a demanding weekend at VIRginia International Raceway (VIR), with all three drivers bringing their cars to the finish in both races and AJ Abdullah securing his best result of the season with a second-place finish in Race 2.
Known for its fast and technical layout, VIR leaves little room for error. With none of the Berg Racing drivers having previously raced at the circuit, the weekend presented a significant challenge. Despite the demanding conditions, AJ Abdullah, Tyler Wade and Ella White maintained their focus throughout the two-race weekend and delivered a consistent team result.
Abdullah opened the weekend with a fourth-place finish in Race 1 before stepping onto the podium in Race 2 with a strong P2 result. The finish represents his best result of the season to date and adds another podium to Berg Racing’s 2026 campaign.
Ella White showed determination throughout both races. Despite a couple of spins, she remained composed, quickly regained control, and continued on to finish both events, scoring sixth in Race 1 and seventh in Race 2.
Tyler Wade continued to make progress over the weekend, finishing fifth in Race 1 and sixth in Race 2. He also found himself involved in several competitive battles with other drivers, gaining valuable experience at a circuit that was new to the entire Berg Racing lineup.

With another podium and valuable championship points secured at VIR, Berg Racing now turns its attention to Barber Motorsports Park in October for the final round of the championship. The team remains firmly in contention for the Team Championship, with a realistic opportunity to claim the title in the season finale.
