Parella Motorsports Holdings: PMH is a burgeoning motorsport holding company. Its premier properties are the wholly-owned Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) and majority ownership of the Trans Am Racing Company (TARC). PMH took full commercial rights of F4 U.S. and FR Americas in 2021. Together and in concert with independent properties such as IGT, the two organizations combine to produce America’s largest and most diverse motorsport festivals.
