April 27, 2026 – AVONDALE, La. – Berg Racing launched its 2026 Ligier Junior Formula Championship (Ligier JFC) campaign with a highly encouraging performance at NOLA Motorsports Park, marking the first race weekend of the season held April 9–12.
Fielding a four-car lineup, the team showcased both depth and potential with drivers Tyler Wade (No. 9), AJ Abdullah (No. 21), Truly Adams (No. 47), and Ella White (No. 52). Across a competitive weekend of racing, Berg Racing secured multiple podium finishes along with several top-10 results, underlining a strong foundation for the season ahead.
From the outset, the team demonstrated pace and consistency through testing, practice, and qualifying, translating that momentum into race performances that kept all four drivers firmly in contention. For a driver lineup entirely new to Ligier JFC, the results highlight both adaptability and rapid progression within a highly-competitive field.
“This was a very promising start for our four young drivers who are all new to this series,” said Team Principal Allen Berg. “We’ve already seen great development and strong execution across the weekend. As the season progresses, we expect to be competing for victories, podiums, as well as both the team and drivers’ championships.”
Beyond the results, Berg Racing’s structured driver development approach and race-day execution were on full display, reinforcing the team’s reputation for nurturing emerging talent in junior formula racing.
The team now looks ahead to the next round of the championship at Road America, scheduled for May 15–17, where Berg Racing will aim to build on its strong early-season momentum.
